Fusion Petroleum Technologies Inc. (FPTI), the U.S. operating arm of FusionGeo Inc. announced today that it has appointed Mr. Richard Koseluk as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective April 1, 2010. In this new role, Mr. Koseluk will manage the daily operations of the services business of FPTI, and will work closely with Dr. Alan R. Huffman, Chairman and CEO of FusionGeo Inc. to manage the growth of the business. Mr. Koseluk will assume responsibility for the U.S. service operations of the business, which will allow Dr. Huffman to spend more time on growth of the international businesses and development of new technologies that will take Fusion to the next level as a global provider of expert technology and software.
